Company History
Harry and Dorris Tuffin started the business in 1955 with a garage and two petrol pumps. After a short while they added a small shop to the business.

In 1960, Harry and Doris's daughter Ruby and her husband Roy joined the company. They ran the shop whilst Harry concentrated on a Taxi business and School Bus Service.

In 1969, the company bought a two acre site on the edge of the village and in 1972 opened a 3,000 sq. foot supermarket and petrol station at Crosslikey, Churchstoke.
